When do pre-orders ship?
Orders from each collection are typically shipped the Saturday following the close of pre-orders, sealed for freshness and care.Where do you ship?
At present, shipping is only within Illinois, in accordance with cottage food law.What about allergens?
All cookies conain wheat, diary, and eggs. Some flavors may include nuts. Each box carries a complete ingredient label.Can I request a refund or replacement?
We don't offer refunds, but if something arrives amiss, please reply to your order email within 48 hours. We'll gladly send a replacement or find a thoughtful solution.How often do you release cookies?
At this time, there will be 6-7 collections a year. Each drop is limited in number.Do you accept private orders?
In addition to seasonal releases, a limited number of private gifting orders are accepted by inquiry.
Availability is intentionally limited and offered only during select windows.
