Based in Illinois under cottage food law, our cookies atelier offers limited-edition drops available by pre-order only.Each collection unfolds like a story: an atmosphere set, a hint revealed, and finally, the indulgence itself. Our cookies are more than confections; they are seasonal rituals, made to be savored slowly.Scarcity is our promise of care. Every drop is released in limited boxes, pre-ordered only for a brief time. What is rare becomes precious. And what is precious deserves intention.Faceless by design, Gilded Crumbs speaks through light, shadow, and crumbs. The luxury is not in excess, but in restraint.     When do pre-orders ship?
    Orders from each collection are typically shipped the Saturday following the close of pre-orders, sealed for freshness and care.    Where do you ship?
    At present, shipping is only within Illinois, in accordance with cottage food law.    What about allergens?
    All cookies conain wheat, diary, and eggs. Some flavors may include nuts. Each box carries a complete ingredient label.    Can I request a refund or replacement?
    We don't offer refunds, but if something arrives amiss, please reply to your order email within 48 hours. We'll gladly send a replacement or find a thoughtful solution.    How oten do you release cookies?
    At this time, there will be 7-8 collections a year. Each drop is limited in number.

    Gilded Crumbs operates under Illinois Cottage Food Law. Products are made in a home kitchen not inspected by the Department of Public Health.
    Orders are accepted during designated pre-order windows and confirmed only once paid in full.
    Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
    Content, branding, and photography on this site are the property of Gilded Crumbs and may not be reproduced without permission.    2. Privacy Policy
    Information collected (name, email, address, payment details) is used only for order processing and updates.
    Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store payment information.
    Email subscriptions are optional and can be canceled at any time via unsubscribe links.
    We never sell or share your personal information with third parties.    3. Shipping Policy
    All cookies are baked fresh and shipped on scheduled fulfillment dates.
    Orders ship via USPS Priority.
    Delivery times are estimates only. Gilded Crumbs is not responsible for delays once a package is with the carrier.
    Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
    Currently, shipping is available within the United States only.    4. Refunds & Returns Policy
    Due to the perishable nature of cookies, all sales are final.
    We do not accept returns.
    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours at [email protected]. Replacements may be offered at our discretion.    5. Allergen & Food Safety Notice
    Cookies are produced in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy.
    We cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens.
