About Gilded Crumbs

Gilded Crumbs creates small-batch seasonal cookie collections made for the quiet pleasure of receiving something considered.

Each box is built around the experience of opening something crafted with care: the wrapping, the texture, the flavor, and the pace of each release.Nothing is meant to feel ordinary, rushed, or endlessly available.Based in Illinois under cottage food law, Gilded Crumbs releases limited pre-order collections throughout the year. Honeyglass and Buttered Oak remain the signatures, joined by a seasonal release that changes with each collection.Some flavors return. Some stay in the archive.

The flavors are designed with restraint. A cookie does not need to be unfamiliar to be memorable, but it should taste like what it promised.Honey should taste like honey. Butter should feel warm and full. Tea, spice, chocolate, caramel, or fruit should be present with intention, not hidden beneath sweetness.Each collection is intentionally small so the details can remain intact: the recipe, the texture, the wrapping, and the feeling of opening the box.Faceless by design, Gilded Crumbs speaks through the cookies, the season, and the quiet anticipation of something made with care.

When Do Pre-Orders Ship?
Orders from each collection typically ship 3–5 days after pre-orders close, sealed for freshness and care.Where Do You Ship?
At present, shipping is available within Illinois only, in accordance with cottage food law.What About Allergens?
Products are prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens.
All products are labeled in accordance with Illinois Cottage Food Law.Can I Request a Refund or Replacement?
Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, all sales are final.If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery so the order can be reviewed.When Are Collections Available?
Seasonal collections are released October through April, with 6–7 drops per year. Each collection is prepared in limited quantities and available for a brief window only.Do You Accept Private Orders?
Yes. A limited number of private orders are accepted throughout the year for gifting, client appreciation, and thoughtful occasions.Please allow at least 3 weeks’ notice for most orders. Larger requests may require additional lead time.Private orders are reviewed based on timing, quantity, flavor availability, and fit with the current collection schedule. Fully custom cookies and large-scale catering are not offered at this time.Pickup is available in Springfield, Illinois only.
